Shebeen Boys Vs Smuts House

Dear Shebeen,

This fixture has become a sneaky rivalry, with an important game being played against the Smutsmen every year. Last year was the B division final, which saw Shebeen cruise to a comfortable victory. Earlier this year, Smuts claimed one back by beating us in the Shebeen Boys Sunday Pre- Season Tournament… Now it is the pivotal point of our season, with a number of badly timed losses taking away any momentum we seem to generate. And so it is again, that the gents from Smuts represent what will be the decider in how the rest of our season might play out…

Where: UCT Green Mile B field

Meet time: 17:30

Kick off time: 18:30

What to bring: Kit, outstanding subs to claim your bags, beanies etc, fines money, and R50 to buy a ticket to the Shebeen comedy evening happening on the 28th August (more on this to follow).

See you and all your supporters down tonight for what is going to be a cracker of a comeback game for Shebeen!
