It’s all out war this weekend as a British touring team – The Queens Dragoon Guards – fresh out of Iraq, take on another set of queens in thefourths.com at Villagers this Saturday (with enough time to get to the Sharks vs. Stormers game afterwards). See the flyer at thefourths.com site – for some reason I’m unable to upload it!

Time: 13:00 kick-off

Venue: Brookside (that’s Villagers)

P.S. thefourths.com beat us at football yesterday – 6-4 – so thanks to all you “dedicated” Shebeeners who knew about the game but who chose to stay home because of poisoning or some other lame excuse.

    No I think the score is 9 – 1. Tequila Tony in all his wisdom suggested that they get half a point fo the bowls draw not really remembering that then we also get half a point. So I suppose it could be 9.5 – 1.5

    the score is either 8 – 1 or 9 – 2 (one point for best dressed and a point for wine auction)

    The frigging score was 4-3 to the shebeen heading into the final 5 seconds, before ending 5-4 to the 4ths…. fuck around, talk about a lack of fitness…
